Format CSV Data Into a Readable PDF Table

CSV files are compact and universal, but they are hard to read directly. A CSV viewed in a text editor is a wall of commas and quotes. This tool parses your CSV and lays the records out as a proper table in a PDF, with columns aligned and rows separated for easy scanning.

The first row is treated as the header by default, becoming the table header in the PDF. Data validation is limited to what fits in a clean table, so unusually wide records may wrap to keep each entry readable.

Matching data to pages

The tool fits as many rows as comfortably fit on each page, and repeats the header row on every page when the table spans multiple pages. That makes multi-page lists far easier to follow.

When this works best

Contact lists, inventory records, logs, and exported reports look professional once converted. Use it whenever a colleague or client asks for data "as a document" rather than a file to open in software.

Frequently Asked Questions

Comma-separated files are supported. Files with different delimiters should be re-exported as standard CSV or pre-processed before uploading.
The first row is used as the header by default. If your file has no header row, every row is treated as data.
Long cell values wrap within their column so the table stays aligned. Very wide tables can also be scaled down with the fit option.
Values are rendered as shown in the CSV. No calculation or reformatting is applied to the cell contents.

Your Privacy Matters

All files are processed locally in your browser. Nothing is uploaded to our servers. Your documents stay on your device and are never accessible to us or anyone else. You can verify this by disconnecting from the internet after the page loads — the tool will still work perfectly.
