Your files are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers within 1 hour of processing. We never store your documents longer than necessary. The deletion process is automatic and irreversible - even we cannot recover your files after they're deleted.

Free users can upload files up to 100MB. This limit ensures fast processing for all users. If you need to process larger files (up to 500MB), please contact our business team for special arrangements.
