THE REAL STORY
"I was up at 2 AM, trying to send a client proposal. My Excel charts looked perfect, but every PDF converter I tried destroyed them. Colors were wrong, charts were broken, formatting was a mess. I lost that client because my proposal looked unprofessional. So I spent the next 6 months building this tool. Now no one has to go through that."

Why 150,000+ Professionals Trust This Tool

Built by someone who actually needed it, not by a marketing team.

Charts & Graphs Stay Intact

Most converters turn your beautiful Excel charts into static blurry images. We preserve every detail—colors, labels, legends, everything. Your pie charts actually look like pie charts.

Complex Tables? No Problem

Merged cells, nested headers, conditional formatting—we handle it all. The PDF will look exactly like your Excel file, even if you're a power user with crazy spreadsheets.

Your Data Never Leaves Your Computer

This is the part I'm most proud of. Everything happens in your browser. No servers, no uploads, no copies of your sensitive data floating around. When you close the tab, it's gone forever.

Multiple Sheets, One PDF

Have a workbook with 20 sheets? No problem. Convert all sheets at once, or pick specific ones. Each sheet becomes a separate page in the PDF, with the sheet name as the header.

Colors, Fonts, Borders—All Preserved

That red cell you used to highlight important numbers? It stays red. That specific font you chose? It stays the same. We don't strip away your hard work.

No Limits, No "Pro" Version

Convert one file or a hundred files. 1MB or 100MB. It's all free. No watermarks, no registration, no "upgrade to unlock" popups. Just a tool that works.

What Users Are Saying

Real people, real stories, not fake reviews.

"I'm an accountant and I deal with financial reports daily. This tool saved me hours of reformatting. The charts actually look professional in the PDF. Thank you!"

— Sarah K., CPA

"I was skeptical about the 'no upload' claim. So I disconnected my WiFi mid-conversion. It still worked. That's when I knew this was different."

— David R., IT Consultant

"My Excel files have complex conditional formatting. Every other converter lost it. This one kept every color rule intact. Finally!"

— Priya M., Data Analyst

Questions People Actually Ask

Not the generic FAQ stuff. Real questions from real users.

"My Excel file has charts. Will they look the same in PDF?"
Yes—and I made sure of this personally. Charts were the reason I built this tool. We preserve every detail: colors, labels, legends, gridlines, everything. Your pie chart won't turn into a blurry mess. It'll look exactly like it does in Excel.
"Can I convert only specific sheets? I don't need all 20."
Absolutely. In the "Sheets to Convert" dropdown, select "Select Range" and type which sheets you want. For example: "1-3, 5, 7-9" will convert sheets 1,2,3,5,7,8,9. Or just choose "Active Sheet Only" if you want the current sheet.
"My file is 80MB. Will it work? Is there a limit?"
Yes, it'll work—but with a caveat. Since everything happens in your browser, very large files (100MB+) might be slow on older computers. For most files under 50MB, it's instant. If your file is huge, give it a few seconds. No server limits, just your computer's processing power.
"Do you support the new Excel file formats? (.xlsx)"
Yes! We support .xlsx (Excel 2007+), .xls (Excel 97-2003), and even .csv files. Basically, if Excel can open it, we can convert it. And we preserve all the modern features: conditional formatting, data validation, sparklines, you name it.
"Is this really free? What's the catch?"
No catch. Seriously. I built this because I needed it, and I hate when tools limit you to 3 free conversions then ask for $20/month. There's no "pro" version, no watermarks, no registration. If you want to support us, just tell a colleague about it. That's it.
"My Excel file has multiple tabs. Will they become multiple PDF pages?"
Yes—and we even label them. Each sheet becomes a separate page in the PDF, with the sheet name as a header. You can choose to convert all sheets, only specific ones, or just the active sheet. Your choice.
"Can I use this on my phone? I need to send a PDF from my iPhone."
Yes! The tool works perfectly on mobile. The interface adapts to your screen, and you can upload from your phone's storage or even take a photo of an Excel printout (though that uses OCR, which is less accurate). Thousands of people use it on their phones daily.
"What about passwords? My Excel file is protected."
Currently, we don't support password-protected files because we can't open them in the browser (for security reasons). If your file is protected, remove the password first, convert it, then you can re-add protection to the PDF using our Protect PDF tool.

Tools You'll Probably Need Next

Because one task usually leads to another.

A Quick Honest Note

I built all these tools because I needed them myself. No investors, no marketing team, no pressure to "monetize." If they save you time, that's enough for me. If you find them useful, just share them with someone who needs them.
