  • Automatic File Deletion: Files you upload for conversion are processed in isolated, secure environments and are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers within 60 seconds of processing. No copies are retained, backed up, or accessible after deletion.
  • Infrastructure Security: Our servers are hosted in secure data centers with 24/7 monitoring, firewalls, and regular security updates.
  • Limited Access: Access to any personal information is strictly limited to authorized personnel who need it to operate, develop, or improve our services, and they are bound by confidentiality obligations.

Important: We do not store, share, or access your uploaded files beyond the immediate conversion process.

To operate PDFCraft.SHOP effectively, we rely on trusted third-party service providers. These providers process your data only on our behalf and are contractually obligated to protect it. We currently use:

These third parties have access to your Personal Information only to perform these specific tasks and are prohibited from using it for any other purpose.
